Peikko's DELTABEAM and Composite Column solution chosen to SEB Bank's new offices in Sweden

Peikko Group’s Swedish subsidiary Peikko Sverige AB has received a substantial order for the composite frame structure of SEB Bank’s new office buildings in Arenastaden in Solna close to the Swedish capital of Stockholm. The delivery consists of more than 13 kilometers of DELTABEAM Composite Beams and Composite Columns. The deliveries take place between April 2015 and May 2016. The buildings will be finished in January 2018. Peikko´s customer in this project is Strängbetong AB, which is responsible for the frames of the buildings.  

The project consists of three buildings and comprises a total area of 90,000 m2. It is one of the biggest office buildings constructed in Sweden. Once finished the buildings will house 4400 employees. The investor of the project is Fabege AB and the main contractor is Veidekke Bygg AB. The buildings will be environmentally certified according to BREEAM Excellence.
