To maximize headroom, DELTABEAM® Composite Beams were selected in combination with ComSlab® long-span metal deck. By allowing the metal deck to integrate within the depth of the DELTABEAM® rather than sitting above a conventional structure, the system increased floor-to-ceiling height throughout the office areas while also contributing to more efficient construction.
Close collaboration between the project team and Peikko also contributed to the project’s success. Early coordination and technical support helped simplify integration with the surrounding structure and supported smooth execution during erection.
